General business conditions

ORDERING

SILVERUM s.r.o. (hereinafter Operator) offers the possibility of non-stop purchase of investment silver directly from your own home. You can place your orders easily and comfortably due to a shopping basket, telephone and e-mail, or in writing.


CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

The order is received in less than 24 hours, the confirmation of order will be sent by email, and the client will also be informed by email about the postage of goods. With some orders (larger amounts etc.), the client will be contacted by phone. In such circumstances a deposit may be required.


CANCELATION OF ORDER

For every unsent order, the client may cancel by phone up to one hour from ordering. You must state your name, email and description of ordered goods. This is not the case for items not in stock, which were ordered individually.


POSTAGE AND PACKING

The ordered goods will be sent by post, price of postage is from 60,- Kč, depending on the weight, insurance value and method of payment.


DELIVERY TIME

Delivery for goods in stock is 2-7 days, unless stated otherwise. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you immediately.


RETURNED GOODS

As the offered goods have an investment character, and its value changes constantly depending on the world silver market, it is not possible to automatically apply the conditions for returned goods (Civil code § 1837 para. b). It is however possible to use our offer of returned purchase based on market conditions. You can find further information here


RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

We will deal with any possible warranty claims to your satisfaction according to an individual agreement with you and in accordance with legal regulations. The purchaser is obliged to check the goods on receipt, to find any possible defects. The purchaser is obliged to report these Defects without delay. We are not responsible for damage caused by carriers. All goods are covered by the legal guarantee, unless stated otherwise.


The guarantee does not cover:
a) inadequate embossing and surface (see here)
b) damage caused by wear and tear
c) incorrect storage of product


Complaint procedure:
1) The client contacts Silverum s.r.o. by phone, email o by letter,
2) the goods must be returned as a valuable recorded delivery parcel to our address,
3) you must include reasons for returning the item, your address,
4) proof of purchase in the SILVERUM s.r.o. shop.

The warranty will be resolved as soon as possible, at the latest 30 days from receipt.


Special VAT scheme

Coins marked with "Special regime" note are items of numismatic interest and subject to the special tax under §90 of the VAT Act. Under this tax regime you are not able to deduct the VAT and you agree with the applicable conditions of the scheme.


PERSONAL DATA use

Access to the website of the Operator may be subject to the disclosure of certain personal data within the meaning of the Act. no. 101/2000 Coll., On personal data protection and possibly related legal Regulations, as amended. In this case, the operator will treat such data in accordance with applicable law. The Operator is properly registered with the Office data protection, reg. no.: 00052296 providing your personal User data explicitly consent to their treatment.
