The silver coin "Czech Lion" is minted in the Czech Mint. The designation refers to the lion, the Czech state symbol, which is depicted on a silver coin.

The coin contains one troy ounce of silver (31.1 grams of silver). The declared fineness of the coin metal is 99.9%.

Silver coins of the Czech Lion have legal tender status, the nominal value of this silver coin is 2 NZD Niue.

  The front side features a portrait of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the name of the country of the issuer, the nominee and the year of the excavation.
The reverse side depicts the traditional symbolism of the Czech Republic - the two-tailed lion guarding the crown of St. Wenceslas and the heraldic shield with the flaming Saint Wenceslas Eagle. The coins were designed by the world-renowned medalist Jaroslav Bejvl.
