1. Czech Post
Orders made via e-shop or individually by phone or e-mail are sent from our logistics center. As a carrier we use only Czech Post. This is due to the fact that only this company allows 100% insurance of shipments containing precious metals.
Postage is governed by the price list of the Czech Post (see cpost.cz). You can also find shipping costs when you place your order in the e-shop before it is finally confirmed.
You will be notified of the shipment by e-mail where you will also find data tracking. You can then track the shipment on cpost.cz or on the mobile app. After logging in, the mail system allows you to use some other services (such as changing delivery date, storing at the post office without delivery attempt, etc.).
Paid undelivered items are deposited at the branches of Czecg Post for 15 days, then returned as undeliverable. You can extend storage time. For cash on delivery, the storage time is shorter, approx. 10 days. If you are unable to download the shipment immediately, we encourage you to contact your local mailbox.
Packing of shipments
The goods are carefully packed in protective foils, foam pads and the like. Silver coins are stored in original tubes (if they fill more than half the tube) or in PVC protective bags if they do not have the original capsule. We always send gold coins in tubes or capsules. Everything is placed in a secured cardboard box. The box is then enclosed in a special envelope closure. If we send whole original boxes (500oz or more), they are packaged individually, according to the requirements of the Czech Post for a valuable package.
Shipments are insured for their value at the Slovak Post. Thus, if the shipment is damaged or even lost, its value is fully paid, respectively. a new replacement would be sent. However, a similar complication is quite rare for valuable shipments.
2. Pick-up at 24SAFE
Orders worth more than 20 ths. CZK (or equivalent in EUR) can be personally picked up by our contractual partner 24SAFE in Prague 1, Na Poříčí 1071/17. 24SAFE is a personal safebox provider with the highest security standards set. You can pick up your order at any time of the day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is a NONSTOP service!
Delivery to 24SAFE should be marked as an option when placing an order in the e-shop. Picking up a shipment in 24SAFE is conditional on knowing the PIN that the client receives by e-mail and submitting a personal document.
The client will be informed by e-mail about the time of delivery of the shipment to 24SAFE. This storage time of 10 days is free. Depositing over 10 days is charged 50 CZK / day. Any extension fee is paid by the client directly to 24SAFE.
3. Delivery to client's address or personal pick up
We automatically offer this service to our subscribers (from 5,000 oz above). For larger orders (approx. 2,000 oz), we allow individual clients to agree on individual terms of delivery based on an agreement.
We do not offer personal pick-ups for small and medium orders. The reason is to minimize logistics costs and related security risks.
